I created a powerpoint slide with graphics and a table to organize the icons
on my desktop. They are organized by work category. I then saved the slide
as a jpeg file and applied it to the desktop as a screensaver. I use this
workspace to quickly navigate to various shortcuts in my CP. Numerous people
stop by and have asked me to set this up for them. It's much more efficient
and saves me a lot of time. But, the process is somewhat laborious.
