Hello.
I am using Outlook 2000. I want to be able to move messages with certain
words in the subject to a specific folder. I know how to use rules, but
rather than having OR in the rule when I add more than one word I want AND.
For example, if I have an email that has "Project A" AND "Phase 1" somewhere
in the subject, this goes to the Phase 1 folder, however, if I have an email
that has "Project A" AND "Phase 2" somewhere in the subject, then this goes
to the Phase 2 folder.
I could specify this as one phrase "Project A Phase 1", but the words wont
necessarily appear side by side in the subject.
Hope this makes sense and any advice/help would be most appreciated.
Thanks
