Applying a template across multiple sheets in Visio

Hello - I have set a template with the look and feel we require for our
process maps. I would like to be able to automatically apply this template
to each new sheet we add into the document - Is this possible? It seems like
an easy enough request but I have done a search on google, asked our techies
etc.

Michelle,

If by "template" you mean a set of graphic and text elements that you want
to have on every page, e.g., logo, graphic(s), border, text labels, then you
should be able to do what you want by using a background page. Put all of the
fixed items onto a background page, assign that background page to one or
more drawing pages, and the template items will appear on each page. [Select
File/Page Setup..., click the Page Properties tab, then use the dropdown list
next to Background to select your background page.]

Then, when you insert a new page, the attributes of the existing page,
including the background page assignment, will be included with the new page.

Does this accomplish what you want?
