Applying an "Auto Signiture" To Emails

D

Dave Nicholls

Hi,

We are currently running Outlook 2002, and have been requested by our
marketing team to ensure that all staffs signitures are in the same
font/format.

Is it possible to write a signiture to do this, or enforce it/use a
policy to do it.

My problem is that the signiture would have to contain their name, job
title, address and telephones numbers, so it would have to extract this
information from "somewhere".

We have Active directory available, so could it be scripted to use
information from there?

Thanks

Dave Nicholls

Enforcement of a signature needs to take place at the server. The page at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/content_control.htm has some tools that can do signatures with Active Directory.
