I am using Outlook 2003 (without an Exchange server). My inbox has 20+
subfolders and sub-subfolders. Incoming email is automatically filed (using
rules) into these subfolders.
I am trying to have all messages colored blue that include my email address
in the "To" bar. However, when I select the inbox and use the
Tools->Organize->Using Colors feature that says "messages sent only to me now
appear blue", it only works on the inbox, not on any subfolders. Since all
of my email is automatically filed in subfolders, this isn't much good for me.
Is there a way to have this feature apply to the inbox and all subfolders,
or do I have to set the rule up 20+ times (once for each subfolder)? Thanks.
