Applying changes in the Ent Global Template to existing projects

i had had a few project plans already created and published. Afterwards i
created/customize a new column in the ent. global template, it was ent.
project flag with formula and graphical indicators. i saved changes to ent
global templete, restarted the project pro and test it on new project plan,
published the new project on the web and everything is ok=new flag with
correct graphical indicator is shown in the views of PWA.

but i need tto apply tis changes also to already created projects. I have
opened existing file from project server and started the recalculations
using button F9 and the new customized field is recalculated and the value
is correct. I have published updated project plan. The problem is that for
this project there is no value published on the web or shown through the
views of PWA.

The same happend with ent. project number, cost fileds.
Do you have some tips how to solve it ?
