Applying Default Form properties in the Form Wizard

I've changed the Form Format defaults by designing them in the new form,
saving the form as "Template", setting the Default Properties from the Format
menu and then reporting the form in the fields on the Tools | Options |
Forms/Reports tab.
Now the new default formats do work whenever I create a new form by the
Design Viewer, but when the Form Wizard is used, it still uses the "Normal"
defaults.

Is it possible to change the Default formats for the Wizard as well?
