Applying skin to new Project sites by default

Problem: Developed a custom skin for our new Project Server 2007
installation that matches our company's branding. We also auto
provisioning enabled so that project sites are automatically created
when users publish thier projects. Of course, when new sites are
provisioned, they're created with the default theme. Is there any way
to override this and force the custom skin to be applied to the new
sites?
