Applying the same legend colour for the bar chart

I have a potentially simple question for anyone that has some experience with
bar charts.

I´m using a bar chart in a report on Access 2003 to show the number of phone
calls made to each client. The chart references three fields of data: Number
of calls (numeric) on X axis, Client Name (string) on Y axis, and boolean
field to determine whether each client is a chargeable or non-chargeable
client - which sets the color of the bar blue to show "chargeable" clients
and cyan for "non-chargeable" clients.

The bar chart works perfectly if it shows a mix of "chargeable" and "non-
chargeable" clients. Chargeable clients always show in blue, and non-
chargeable always show in cyan. However, if the chart shows only "non-
chargeable" clients, the bars now appear in blue, instead of cyan. It seems
MS Access uses blue as being the first color on the legend list when it´s
only showing one client type? However, I want the legend colors to be the
fixed, regardless of whether it shows a mix of "chargeable" or "non-
chargeable" clients or not... I always need it to show blue for "chargeable"
and cyan for "non-chargeable" clients.

Please help, thanks.
