applying themes to inline frames

Created a new theme w/custom hyperlink colors.
When I apply the theme to an inline frame
all I get is the default colors of blue and purple
FYI the link is a border around a picture within the fram

You have to apply the theme to the page that is load into the IFrame.

Themes control the color of hyperlinks, tables, etc. Don't apply a theme to this page, instead
manually set the link color via page properties or CSS.
