I upgraded to Windows XP Professional and Microsoft
Office XP Professional/Outlook 2002. When I schedule an
appointment in Calendar in Outlook 2002, I like to use
the "Invite Attendees" function to send by e-mail the new
appointment to my other computers some of which are
running Windows 98 SE and Office/Outlook 2000. If I open
the e-mailed new appointment on one of my Windows 98 SE
and Office/Outlook 2000 computers, it looks like software
language and not the appointment which I want to save.
In reverse, everything works fine: I make a new
appointment on the Windows 98 SE and Office/Outlook 2000
computer, use "invite attendees" and receive the e-mail
on my XP computer and accept or decline the appointment.
Is there a way to make the XP/Outlook 2002 appointment
work in Windows 98 SE and Office/Outlook 2000?
