Appointment Date change when change time zone

I set up my calendar in the Pacific Standard Time and when I travel to
another time zone, dates, such as my birthday which is on the 30th, shows as
multiple days, that is my birthday is shown as the 30th and 31st. When I
tell the computer I am back in PST, the dates go back to normal. How can I
fix this?

it's not broken - appointments are based on the time zones they are created
in. Either don't create all days events or don't change the system time
zone. I choose not to change the Time zone... it helps when the time isn't
shown in the tray.

I live in my motorhome, so change time zones frequently and wish to both have
my computer reflect the correct time and my Outlook, which I use to keep up
on where I am going and where I an staying, also reflect the correct dates.
There must be a fix to this problem, such as Outlook seeing "all day events"
as only last 22 hours.

in your case, assuming the time zone change is more permanent than temporary
and applies to all appointments, you can use the time zone change tool and
move all appointments and events -

I would not bother with this if the change is for a short period - I'd get a
windows clock applet that can display the time in any zone and leave the
windows time zone alone -pretend its in the "local time zone".
