Appointment/Event Distribution

Is there a way that someone can make appointments in my
calendar w/ labels and then be able to send these same
appointments to others (in one file) to upload in their
calendar. We use this for upcoming events at our club and
would like to have one person type them in and send to
others as one file each week.

Are you asking if you can schedule multiple events and send as one item?
No, you cannot do this. Each item is unique and must be sent separately.
