I have a user who has been assigned sharing rights to agent calendars. She
can set up appointments for them just fine.
In order to record how the appointment went with the client, they would like
to include some follow up text into the blank appointment that the agent
would complete after the meeting.
A new template was created to include the follow up text. It works fine
from the user's own calendar. How do we get it to work when she uses the
shared calendar feature to the agent's calendar? Does the new template have
to be setup on the agent's calendar at their PC? Do we save the template on
a shared network drive or on the agent's local PC?
