Our enterprise has been using a third party product to administer
appointments, resources. On Juli we switched to a Exchange server 2000 SP3
and Outlook 2002 (XP), until that time we were testing the features of
Exchange and Outlook. In the meantime we are using Outlook 2003.
Because everthing was allright, we tried to use the shared calendaring and
ressource planning.
Basically it is working, but if we are making an appointment in different
calandars, the attendees get the invitation, but everyone who is sharing
calendar gets a mail, too. No invitation, but an ordinary mail with nearly
the same body.
What are we doing wrong ??
