Appointment Invitations

Where in outlook can you designate that accepted
invitations be automatically placed in the calender?

I thought this is done by default, but I have 1 user who
has this feature working, and 6 who don't.

There are options for that here: Tools menu > Options > Calendar > Resource
Scheduling
