Appointment question

When I set an appointment I frequently have 3 or more people I will see in
one time slot. However, I don't want to have their names running together in
one line, so how do I get from this:
Joe Blogs, mtg; Jane Blogs, mtg; harry Blogs, mtg.

to this showing in the calendar?

Joe Blogs, mtg;
Jane Blogs, mtg;
harry Blogs, mtg.

Many thanks, it has perplexed everyone in our office!

Sorry I took so long to get back to you.

I am using Outlook 2003.
I set by hitting 'New', then type everything (except location) in Subject.
I don't use Meeting Planner.
I work in legal aid and we use one calendar for the office with different
colors for different attorneys.

The names run together in any view. I did try typing the names and what the
hearing was in the large box, but only the subject line shows in the calendar
view. We need to be able to look at the main calendar view, (day) and see
where someone is and what for. Instead of one long line of clients appearing
i.e.
(Joe Blogs - POP hrg, Jane Doe, status hrg....) it would be easier to see:
Joe Blogs - POP Hrg
Jane Doe - Status hrg

I'm probably doing something basic wrong but haven't been able to find out
what!

Thanks for helping.
