Appointment replies sent to another person

When setting up an appointment, is there a way to have the replies to that
appointment sent to someone else? Eg. My boss wants me to set up a series
of lunches, inviting only a handful of people to each; however, he wants me
to receive all the replies (and I'm not invited to every lunch) and not him.
Can those replies be sent to me at my email address instead of his?

Hi CUW Assistant,
I think what you're after here is being made a 'Delegate' of your boss in
Outlook. There is an option in the various forms of Outlook for meeting
information to be sent to you and not to your boss (you can toggle that
option) or to both of you.
Try 'Tools' -> 'Options' -> 'Delegates' tab (in office 2003) and add
yourself under your boss's login then tick the box below the Delegates list
and try sending out a test invite from his Outlook. :)
