Appointment shows at different time on other computer

A colleague tried opening up my calendar as a delegate in
Outlook XP from her computer and found all my appointments
showed as two hours earlier on her computer. They showed
right on mine. We're running Exchange and our IT folks
are stumped. Also heard some time stamps were one or two
hours behind on E-mail messages. Gotta be a clock or
regional thing at the server levle. Any ideas?
