Appointment time scale

I have office 2003. When I set an appointment in Calendar
the time scales are in 30 min steps. I would like to set
appointments for 9:45am or 10:10am for example.

How can I set times for 15 min or less intervals?

You can always override pre-set time settings by manually editing the
appointment settings. You can "type-in" the time you like. However due to
user interface resolution limitations, mouse operations may not be as
granular.
