Appointment was sent to users not on attendee list

I create a new appointment by click new button on toolbar in calendr view. I
added 3 users (say, UserA, UserB, UserC) to attendee list. Let's say my user
name is UserM. The only 4 users this appointment is involved are UserA, B, C
and M. However, the appointment was sent to a user (say, UserZ) who is not on
the attendee list at all. It looks like that everytime I sent an appointment,
UserZ get the same appointment. How could this occur? Thanks

It could be that UserZ is set up as a delegate of one of the other users so
gets all their meeting requests.
