Appointments 98 <> 2000+

When appointments are sent between Outlook 98 and 2000+
they arrive in the other as emails instead of meeting
requests and so do not automatically enter the calendar
nor allow accept/ decline

Any suggestions?

Ensure you are sending using Outlook Rich Text Format mail.
