Since end-of-year,(i.e., prior to 12/31 I had used the system similarly
without this problem) I enter new data into existing 'appointments' and
reschedule. Over the weekend the majority are converted to 'meetings'. These
'meetings' do not appear on my calendar.
Week of 1/3, I used 'find' to locate most familiar records, (about 20)
copied data and printed to new 'appointment' files I had created with 'new'
icon on calander taskbar. I used and manipulated data during the week and
move some forward to this week. Now Monday I arrived to find the same problem
as last week.
What causes an 'appointment' to be converted to a 'meeting' witout operator
input, and then to have it not show on calander?
'Find" retrieves data but displays as 'meeting' vs. 'appointment', but the
'meeting' does not apear on the calander screen.
Is there a way to convert 'meetings' back to 'appointments'?
Thanks,
