appointments form

I would like to make a form in access similar to the one in outlook where it
would show Date at the top and Hours of the day in column 1 and scheduled
appointments in column 2. Not sure how to do this efficiently could anyone
refer me to form already placed in access or suggestions for Access 2002.

If you want to do this with a dynamic, interactive form, you may need to
purchase a third party program from someone like http://www.dbi-tech.com/.
