Appointments from Access to Outlook Calendar

I prepare a table in Access then from inside Outlook I import it
assigning table fields to Outlook fields via wizard, and checking
"Replace duplicates with item imported", etc.

How can I automate this manual procedure with a VBA routine
from inside Outlook or (better!) from inside Access?
