Appointments from meeting requests go straight to calendar

Hi, at our office everyone uses Outlook 2003. We also have exchange server
2000. On one particular user when and appointment request is made it goes
directly into her calendar and so she is not aware of people making
appoinments. I have tried deleting her windows 2000 profile as well as
reinstalling office. I ahev also checked her resource scheduling and every
thing looks fine. This is still a big probem however. Do anyone have any
ideas? THanks Sameer

Have you checked in her email options that the "Automatically process
incoming meeting requests" isn't checked?
