Appointments keep disappearing

Hi all. We are running Outlook 2002 connected to an exchange 2k server here
in the office and users are having a problem with outlook calendar
appointments disappearing from their personal calendar. Once outlook is
restarted all their apts show up again. I've looked over all the logs and
am not seeing anything.

Can anyone suggest where to go from here?
