Appointments not received

I have a user reporting that he is not receiving appointments in Outlook sent
by his wife. She is sending them from her workplace to ours. I asked her to
send a test appointment to me and her husband -- I got it, he didn't. He has
no problem receiving appointments from inside our network.
I've cleaned up all temp files and removed his roaming profile (forcing a
new download) but the problem persists.

We're using Windows XP SP2 and MS Office 2003 SP2. Not sure what his wife
is using; but he reports that he used to received appoints without a problem.

Any clues where to start looking?
