I have an admin that sets appointments for our company president and the
owner. Generally when an invite is sent (or sent on behalf of), the
appointment shows up tentatively in both calendars. She has sent an invite
for a couple of appointments that showed up in one user's calendar but not
the other. At first, I thought it was because the appointment was deleted
before reading. I found one in the owners' Deleted items, moved it back to
the Inbox and it appeared in the calendar.
This morning ,she sent one and it did not show up in his calendar, but it
did in the president's. I checked and it was not in his Deleted folder, it
was still in the Inbox. She has sent other invites to him that find their
way into his calendar. Seems that it is just to him. I have walked through
the process with her to verify what she does. His free/busy info is
published to her calendar as well. I have also opened Outlook on his
machine using the /cleanfreebusy switch. This is Outlook 2003 on Exchange
2003.
Any thoughts on where I should look next?
Thank you.
