Appointments not showing up in Calandar

There is an administrative assistant here at work that
books ALL calendar entries for her boss. The mail gets
sent BUT the entry does not go into her boss's calendar as
tentative. Her boss is getting annoyed because if someone
else goes to book time on his calendar, they see it as
free time BUT the administrative assistance thought she
has already book that time in his calendar. This seems to
be an intermitting problem.

We are running Exchange 5.5 as the server. The client is
Outlook 2000 SP-3, running one Windows 2000 SP3.

I have been going crazy with this issue for two days now.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
