Appointments off by one hour for last week in October

In Outlook 2003 all appointments, reminders and meetings are off by one hour
for the last week in October. Outlook is recognizing the time change to
still be the last Sunday in October. After that week everything displays as
it should and prior. When sending or receiving for that week, they are all
off by an hour.

We ran the Time Zone Daylight Saving Time UPdate Tool and that did change a
few, but not all. Some it changed were recurring, but it didn't move all the
recurring. This is the only computer in our company that we know of that has
this situation.

Any ideas? Thanks!

I believe the one we tried was the Outlook update tool. Where is the windows
time zone update to install?
