Appointments Outlook 2007

Can someone tell me where deleted past appointments for Outlook 2007 are
stored? I would like to backup this file separately but I do not know the
path.

DELETED past appointments? If they've been DELETED then they're in
your Deleted Items folder (until you empty it).

If they've been ARCHIVED then they should be in your archive.pst file
which should be in the same folder with your outlook.pst file. Where,
exactly, that is depends a bit on your OS but is probably something
like C:\documents and settings\<whatever your windows user name is>
\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. (which is probably
a hidden file)
