appointments showing 1 hour later

I'm setting appointments in another user's calendar, the
appointments are showing 1 hour later on his calendar than
they are on mine. Any suggestions on how to resolve this
problem?

I am having the same issue, except I checked DST and time
zone and my appointments are still off by an hour. I have
checked all the times as well and they are correct.
Checking time zone and DST seems to be the fix for this
issue, except it is not fixing it.
