Appontments and Calandar are in differant times Zones

My calandar is set for Eastern Time zone. However all of my appointments are
in Pacific Time. There are no additional time zones active in the
Tools>Options>Calandar Options>Time Zone menu. Any Suggestions on how to fix
this?
