Approval after Lockdown...

OK is it normal that after a managed time frame is locked, that the project
manager can still approved time that was within that timeframe?

i.e. 12/01/05 - 12/31/05 is locked but time still remains to be approved...
Project Manager approves time that was submitted prior to the lockdown and it
allows them to. Please explain if possible.

The "locked down" aspect of a time period is used to prevent a team member
from entering actuals in that time period. Hope this helps.
