Approval Preview grid does not appear

Hello All,
For some of our users, the grid with tasks in the 'Approval Preview'
screen does not show up.

The Project Manager has several tasks waiting under 'Task Updates' for
approval. He selects a task, and clicks on the 'Preview' button to
preview the update, but the task details do not show up - ie. there is
no grid. This is not happening for all users.

Any advise will be sincearly appreciated.

Jerry, have you checked if there are any errors on the page ( on the lower
right hand side of the browser)

Marc, there are no (JavaScript) errors in the browser - infact the
status bar says 'Done'

Update - we had the user try previewing his tasks on other computers/
browsers (on which we can preview our test tasks), and he was still
not able to preview his tasks in the 'Approval Preview' page (from
Task Updates). He is tried to preview one task at a time for different
projects, and still no luck, so I guess this does not have anything to
do with the Projects, but rather the user?

Hi Jerry, yes it sounds like the user. What you may want to try to change the
status manager for these tasks, resubmit the tasks and see if the new Status
Manager can see and approve the tasks. Apart from that I am not sure what
happens with your user. Sorry

Mike,
No resolution yet - we have created a ticket with Microsoft and I will
post the findings here. The PM is out for vacation, so we will not be
able to do tests until Monday.

I am having the same issue with just one user. I have made a copy of
this project, made myself the status manager and I am able to preview
all updates.
