Approver E-mail

Is there any way that when user submit form to form library a pop-up should
ask for approver e-mail address and that e-mail address can be used in SPD
workflow.

Hey Javeedb
If your using a web based form there is no way to create a popup dialog,
but you could make an optional section apear that asks for the approver
email and display a final submit button
