Approving time entered by a Resource who has resigned

What is the proper process for approving time entered by a resource,
but the resource did not update his time on PWA's Tasks page (timesheet
view) before he left employment so that the Project Manager can post
(update) the time.

We are using Project Server 2003 with non-managed periods.

Kathy -

The simple method would be for the admin to change the authentication
type for that resource to Project Server Authentication so that they
log in with a user name and password (if you want one). Then the admin
or the PM can log out of PWA manually (by clicking the log out link at
the upper right of the PWA page), then log in at the prompt and enter
and submit time.

Following this, that user should be changed to inactive or deleted from
the Admin control.
