"Approx. equal to or smaller than" with Equation editor

Hi! I would desperately need a mathematical sign "Approximately equal to or smaller than", i.e. "<" with "~" beneath it. I am not able to find this sign in symbols in Equation editor or MAthType. Does anybody know the solutions for my problem
