appts changing times by themselves

I have a user that has a couple of reocurring appts that
seem to move up or down one hour from the original time
that it was entered on the calendar. The user is
absolutely adamant about entering it correctly. I have
checked the system clock, the exchange clock, and the OWA
clock to make sure all are on the right time. I have also
done all the windows and office updates. Still ocurring,
so at a loss as to what might be the problem.

I have this problem. I checked all of my times everywhere
that they can be checked and they are correct. I checked
time zone and DST in windows and outlook and they are
correct. My appointments are still off by one hour. Help.
