Appts. not visible in shared calendar

Hi!

Have successfully shared a calendar using Net folders
between 2 users - A and B(Both users use Outlook 2000).

My problem:

Both have editor permissions. It is A's calendar that has
been shared between A and B. When B updates an appt. on
the shared calendar, A can see it on his screen but when
A updates his shared calendar, although one can notice a
flicker in B's inbox when the update arrives, it is not
reflected in the shared calendar on B's PC. Why would
this be happening and how can this be solved?
