If appointments show in OWA but not Outlook, then this indicated MAPI
level attribute corruption of the items. Try switching Outlook the the
"Category" view, and see if the items show up again. If they do, try
modifying them, and saving them to see if the reappear. If they do not,
then we are lookign at a case of mailbox corruption that should be resolved
with an EXMERGE of the mailbox.
What caused you to have to "repair" the message store?
How many users are seeign this issue?
