Apt Disappears

I have Outlook 2003.

When I add an apt it disappears. It's added because a reminder pops up but
I can't see it on the calendar?

What can I do to fix this?

Does it show in a table view, like by category? Do you use an iPhone?

Yes, it shows by category and I don't have an iphone.

OS is XP Pro.
