Aqua Real Demo pops up when trying to download

When I try to download latest Office XP security updates and also some other
programmes as well, the above appears saying - The contents of this file
cannot be unpacked. The executable you are trying to run has been corrupted.
Please obtain another copy of the file, verify it's integrity and try again.
Any ideas on how to overcome this?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
