I assume you want to make Friday a non-working day and Sunday a working
day as I believe that emulates the arabic working week.
Easy, go to Tools/Change Working Time and select the heading for Friday.
Check the option for "non-working time". It will make Friday a
non-working day for all months and years. Then do a similar thing for
Sunday, except check the box for "nondefault working time". You are all
set.
By the way, the default working week in Project is set up for the normal
USA work week so you cannot physically change it so the default is the
arabic week. Live with it, that's just the way it is.
