Hi,
1) Does MS Project Standard and Professional 2003 editions have Arabic
Interface
2) In standard edition:when I try to outdent one of the subtasks I can't,
once I make indent I can't outdent again (don't tell me go to undo), does
this a problem and does it fixed in the service pack?,
Note: I don't encounter the problem in Professional edition.

1. Not as far as I know - this site of FAQs lists the languages available:

2. This is a known bug - download SP1 from this site:
