Arabic Translator

After i install office 2003 its not possible to translate to Arabic because
in the to option there no Arabic.

What I have done:-
I added language support for east asian languages & right to left languages
and also added arabic (Bahrain) in "regional language option"

I added Arabic also in start - programs - microsoft office - microsoft
office tools - microsoft office 2003 language settings.
