Archive completed project

Hello Experts,
On the excellent FAQ of ProjectExperts:

one of the last steps :
"4. In the Projects section, move the newly-completed project to the
Projects in this category list on the right"
is specifically tedious when we have hundreds of projets and hundreds of
Project Managers.
Is it possible to automate this step with a VBA procedure such as all the
projects which are set to "Complete" are automatically listed in the
specific Category ?
A SQL script?
Thanks for any idea...

I agree that the process is laborious for the Project Server administrator.
