Archive Completed Projects

Project Server 2003 offers no default method for archiving completed
projects. Because of this, you have two choices: you can apply a
methodology or you can purchase a commercial product. To apply a
methodology, refer to the following FAQ:

http://www.projectserverexperts.com/ProjectServerFAQKnowledgeBase/ArchiveCompletedProjects.aspx

If you want to invest in a commercial product, refer to the following URL:

Please note that the methdodology is not perfect, as it is a workaround to
this deficiency in Project Server 2003, but it DOES work. And please note
as well that I have not used the Physical Archive Tool personally, but I do
know the people who developed the tool. Hope this helps.
