Will desktop search still "find" emails in the archive file? Are archived
emails (and the archive pst files) always "open" for searching without
separately opening the archive file? I was afraid to archive my emails for
fear I would not be able to "find" them with desktop search, inbox search,
etc. I rely on email heavily and am confused about the consequences of
archiving. I spent several hours organizing my inbox into subfolders, set up
autoarchive to archive emails earlier than 1/1/2007, etc. Now, I find files
in my inbox that I "moved" to a subfolder (and that I expected (after
archiving" would have been "moved" to the archive file. Is there a setting
where I need to "delete" emails in my main file that have been "archived"?
What's the deal? Thanks for help!!
